As Americans we will always fight for our liberties and freedoms, so long as we are made aware when we are at risk of losing them.
 Abraham Lincoln once said that “America will never be destroyed from the outside.If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we have destroyed ourselves.”
 
It’s been one hell of a year, friends, and an eye-opening one at that. We’ve seen a new Administration take on Marxist policies with such gusto that were it not so offensive (and embarrassing) I’d almost be impressed.
 
The New President, anti-American Obama, spent most of his first year apologizing for the freedoms we all enjoy, made excuses for America and cuddled with our enemies, bowing down to Dictators on a regular basis.
 
In short, he’s achieved little, except to push forward several very expensive bills, seemingly without reading them, and racking up unbelievable mileage, at OUR expense on Air Force One.
 
Loving that hope and change!
 
In the Federalist essay #10, Madison warns against a pure democracy, surmising that it could NEVER protect the people from the ‘faction’ of any group’ whose interests he felt represented alien and counterproductive threats to the people, in particular, the taxpayers.

He goes on to describe the ‘control’ that could ultimately dominate through manipulation, alliances and dishonesty, subjecting the minority to legislative abuses.
A ‘representative or federal republic’ (like the USA) is DESIGNED TO PREVENT DESTRUCTIVE FACTIONALISM…

Certainly, we were largely controlled by a democratic Congress during the Bush years but not repeatedly subjected to abuses proportionate to this takeover under our current Marxist regime (pushing through legislation at lightning speed without reading, discussing or debating details, massive spending bills, etc banking/auto takeovers, massive earmarks and kickbacks making their way across the hill via Santa’s ‘personal’ delivery system…)
When Barack Obama took office in January of ’08, many didn’t understand how much work and planning had gone into the multi-year scheme as described in David Horowitz’ ‘Shadow Party’

But for those who carefully researched this Administration, these are hardly people with impressive pedigrees. And In fact, when comparing their values and ‘lack of achievements’ to the ‘average’ American, it’s downright shameful that they should be representing us on any level whatsoever. (Cass Sun stein, quack supreme, suggested bringing in a ‘Socialist Bill-of-Rights’ not to mention, giving ‘Animals’ the ‘ability to to sue’ human beings) talk about over the top!   As if that isn’t enough, NOW HE’S SUGGESTED THAT ‘OBAMA’ SHOULD BE THE ONLY ONE TO INTERPRET THE ‘LAWS’ RATHER THAN THE COURTS? WHAT IN THE HELL IS THIS ABOUT?  Perhaps he should take a few days off to think UNTIL THE LUDES WEAR OFF?

5) RICHARD HOLBROOKE, Special Rep for Afghanistan & Pakistan – known as ‘the Bulldozer’ he apparently was part of the Bush efforts but also received HUGE ‘incentive’ /sweetheart loans from Countrywide at the height of the mortgage crisis.
Coned’ Nasty portfolio reported that deals offered to Holbrook and his family members saved them MASSIVE amounts of money that bent rules not to mention he was an Advisor during the Campaign of Kerry as well as Clinton (the one with cankles and the crappy personality) in ’08.
But who needs to follow rules when you’re in the party of the ‘politically correct’ right?
 
6) JOHN HOLDREN, stupid, liberal, ideas and philosophies sound like perhaps he went to school somewhere in Pelosi’s area, smoking his weight in weed back in the sixties, then someone forgot to loosen the grip on his restraints.
Perhaps he’s finally snapped. But this is merely an opinion, of course. I truly think Massachusetts is off their rails nuts these days with the anti-social rejects they are churning out, even from their formerly prize Universities.

It does make one wonder, though, how bad IS the bong water where he lives?” I know he certainly looks like he could use some mouthwash and a shave.
A friend of mine used to teach at Harvard Medical prior to transferring to Stanford a few years ago. I remember hearing a conversation recently that the facility there (at Mass General) ‘isn’t what it used to be’ and people now go to other Institutions in neighboring states for various reasons, much of it related to the ridiculous political climate in Massachusetts strangling physicians and patients who have elected to remain in the state.
It’s no longer the ‘place to send your kid to college’ not worth the money or the hassle of dealing with, as they call it ‘lunatic policies’
 
7) ADOLFO CARRION JR, White House Director of Urban Affairs – job is to bring long ‘overdue attention to the urban areas where 80 % of American live and work’  and he reports directly to Obama himself. HMMM they want a Director to deal with what sounds like “Black Affairs?” How about someone who deals with “White affairs?” or is this racist?” I don’t think so? Do you??”? WHAT SAY YOU AMERICA?
 
WHERE IS THE CZAR FOR THE WHITE HOUSE DIRECTOR FOR EURO-AMERICAN AFFAIRS? – BECAUSE THIS SOUNDS LIKE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY TO ME! SHOULD OUR LEADERS NOT REPRESENT ALL OUR CITIZENS EQUALLY?

REGARDING EARMARKS, FREEBIES AND ‘STICKY FINGER FAVORS ON THE HILL…’
While many lawmakers, including ‘Dirty Harry’ Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), have ‘proclaimed’ that earmarking has been common since the founding of America, recent research has Harry could benefit from a computer class or two, for a couple of reasons:
 
1)     Madison EXPRESSLY denied the use of monies above and beyond the exact budgetary needs of programs

The idea of allocating federal sums to be ‘guided’ specific pools originally came from Rep. John Calhoun (D-S.C.) when he proposed the Bonus Bill of 1817 to construct highways connecting the South and East of the US to its W frontier. (Formerly, this was known as internal improvements)
Madison said ‘absolutely not, it’s unconstitutional, and vetoed the bill’ feeling that this ‘view’ of the Constitution would give the effect of Congress a general power of legislation instead of a ‘defined and limited’ to understand every object and act within legislative trust – and they were right.
It was eventually abused, and then some. NOW CONGRESS IS USING IT AS THEIR OWN PERSONAL PIGGY BANK.
 
 
OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENCY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including limitations of the office)

1)     Chief of Command (should be available to his Military Commanders at all times)
2)     Head of State
3)     Enforces current laws of the United States of America
4)     May seek advice from cabinet members from time to time
5)     He may NOT make or draft laws
6)     He may NOT declare war

I Hate to be the bearer of bad news to Sunstein and the other rainbow chasers but there is a STRICT LIMIT ON EXECUTIVE POWERS allowable per the Constitution as carefully laid out by our Founding Fathers in Article One of the Sacred Documents, the Executive Powers, contained within in Article II pertaining to the job description are as described.
The Office of the Presidency has always maintained well defined specific responsibilities and was never intended to accommodate the sideshow circus that has invaded Washington DC since 1/20/08.
It’s laughable, except we’re paying for these greedy shysters to perform act after act of treason with our tax dollars.
The level of dishonesty in Congress, the Senate, the Supreme Court, and White House is shocking but the people have made little headway short of promising to change leadership in 2010 and 2012.
 
JUDGES CAN BE IMPEACHED BY Congress for Acts of Treason, Bribery, High Crimes and Misdemeanors.
The problem with this is that our Congress/Senate is as crooked as our Supreme Court and we can hardly expect these let wing nuts to uphold any level of justice on behalf of the American people.
 
IT USED TO BE AN HONEST DEBATE ABOUT VALUES, ECONOMICS AND policies but soon became an attack on conservatism, criminalizing religion, family, the right to bear arms, drive the vehicle of our choice, honor traditional marriage, honor our veterans, it’s become a bigger debate.
It’s become the argument between a group that endeavors to DESTROY AMERICA AND EVERYTHING GOOD, HONORABLE, JUST AND WORTHY and those who work hard, have ethics, are bible-based, Constitutionalists, Traditional, respect our Veterans and might be Democrats are Republicans (doesn’t matter) but we believe in AMERICA and do NOT want her destroyed, we want the criminal, shadow party element destroyed, want them gone, want them removed, want our current Congress fired, we want our current Senators fired, we want the Obama Administration fired, we want our hope and change BACK to where it was before.

1. Shut your pie holes about how you ‘feel’ about the Christmas tree. WE DO NOT CARE. If we filed a lawsuit, complaint or wrote an article every time we disagreed with every ridiculous decision you made, we’d never get anything else done.
 
2. You people are the MASTERS of bad decisions, petty behavior or dramatizing life.
 
3. Islam is NOT a religion of peace, it’s a political ideology, stop trying to make everyone your ‘friend’ want to ‘help’ a terrorist? Does volunteerism in a prison, clean the toilets in Gitmo, or bake brownies. But do not endanger our Soldiers or Kids. Decisions’ should never be made based on feelings but liberals tend to be so self-centered, going off on masturbatory mental diatribes.
 
4. Notice to Department of Education: Starting in 2010, we parents have a NEW policy:  NO JESUS in SCHOOL? That means NO ALLAH in SCHOOL. End of discussion.
 
5. Notice to Department of Education: Starting in 2010, we want all children who are NOT English speaking REMOVED from our children’s classrooms, until they are 100 % English speaking. As we are paying your salaries with our tax dollars, we fully expect you to comply with our expectations.
Our children are legal citizens, born of this Nation, paying for an education and as such, we expect that they will be taught lessons in our mother language (English) the classes should no longer be split to accommodate Spanish-speaking students.
This is inappropriate to those students who have no interest in Latin studies.
 
6. It is inappropriate to integrate homosexual studies into our children’s curriculum, regardless of what the Obama Administration says. Please be very clear about this.
The parents in our community will tolerate a zero policy agenda for this behavior from you. Yes, we understand your chosen Czar has decided that Kindergarten /age FIVE is appropriate for oral sex training and fisting instruction but we adamantly disagree and will tolerate none of this.
Childhood is a time of innocence, not learning of abhorrent behaviors between certain individuals.
 
YOU’RE CHOSEN CURRICULUM IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IS TYRANNY AGAINST THE FAMILY.
 
As constitution abiding, tax-paying citizens, WE’VE ENDURED OUR LAWMAKERS MOCKERY AND DISRESPECT for several months now, despite our desperate pleas for OUR LEADERS to not just stop but for them to come to our aid.

This venerable and much honored WW II vet is well known in Hawaii for his seventy-plus years of service to patriotic organizations and causes all over the country. A humble man without a political bone in his body, he has never spoken out before about a government official, until now. He dictated this letter to a friend, signed it and mailed it to the president.

Dear President Obama,             

My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don't believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.

I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Boss’s Mate. Now I live in a "rest home" located on the western end of Pearl Harbor, allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.

One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.

SO HERE GOES:

I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish!

I can't figure out what country you are the president of!  You fly around the world telling "our friends and enemies" despicable lies like:  “We’re no longer a Christian nation"   " America is arrogant" - (Your wife even announced to the world, “America is mean-spirited.” Please tell her to try preaching that nonsense to 23 generations of our war dead buried all over the globe who died for no other reason than to free a whole lot of strangers from tyranny and hopelessness.) I'd say shame on the both of you, but I don't think you like America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.

After 9/11 you said," America hasn't lived up to her ideals."

Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, those 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope you didn't mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.

I don't think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.

Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man.

Shape up and start acting like an American. If you don't, I'll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue. You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.

And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don't want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts, who was putting up a fight? You don't mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don't want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists?

One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country (what country is that?) with your life, but you're the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you're not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you're "thinking" of.

You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president. (cough)

You're not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That's not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now. (that and Islam)

And I sure as hell don't want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle.

ONE NATION UNDER SIEGE

They’re the two little words that can bring the conversation of a dozen people to a screeching halt at a dinner party.

Health care.

Regardless of which side your political bread is buttered on, this debate can divide friendships, dissolve professional relationships and complicate legislative power struggles that can last for days, weeks or decades. (look how long Ted Kennedy carried on)

One remaining question, however, has been one of a somewhat philosophical nature. Is health care a privilege or is it a right?

To Conservatives, such as myself, we would naturally observe our Founding papers, as well as our conscience for the answers to this delicate question. According to The Declaration of Independence, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.-“

The answer, therefore, is simple. Certainly, we’re entitled to pursue health care to the maximum of our capacity. I believe it’s a wise idea for employers to offer benefits to their workforce, along with flexible spending plans, medical savings accounts, flexible savings accounts, etc.  Frankly, I cannot imagine going ‘without’ insurance, and feel that health coverage should be budgeted into every family’s ‘fixed’ column, never a variable expense, especially if there are children involved.  It’s imperative to be an educated consumer and in this day and age, there is never an excuse for a company to not have a well-informed Broker on file whose job (and often passion) it is to provide answers to their Client’s employees, save you money and offer as many tax advantages as possible.

America’s health care system is badly in need of repair (such as tort reform for physicians) but still quite a wonderful system, the best in the world, and should NOT be turned over to the federal government. (case in point: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Auto industry, AIG, Housing industry, Banking industry, VA, Postal system, Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid, need I continue?)

Might I point out that the 47 million uninsured number that continues to be tossed about is highly inaccurate. A closer examination shows that the number is much closer to 17 million with the balance discrepancy divided as follows:

Approximately ¼ are eligible for Medicare but have not applied yet or are waiting to hear back from the Government; One sixth are illegal immigrants and although they are to be covered under Obamacare, they are not entitled to benefits; the rest are divided between uninsured Adults and Children – except, that children are insurable under State insurance plans, but parents must apply, Many people assume that if they cannot afford insurance they cannot get it, which is simply not the case. It may seem that most of the uninsured folks are in between jobs, cannot afford insurance (and do not apply for federal and/or state benefits) or choose not to afford it for a number of reasons. They’d rather have a fancy car than pay premiums.

For the Obama Administration to haughtily shove the health care bill through the House and Senate is not only Unconstitutional, it aptly illustrates the level of depravity to which these criminal minded individuals currently at the helm of our Nation are willing to sink in order to seize power and demonstrate their intent on monetary and legal rape of our civil liberties and capitalist system, pushing us deeper under a Marxist regime.

Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to "be bound by oath or affirmation" to support said Constitution, yet I’d be surprised if our Congressional or Senate members are even vaguely aware of its tenants, despite their signatures and oath.

How else do you explain their acts of treason? I’ll explain:

Although the health care bill DOES contain death panels, rationed care, massive pay cuts for physicians (enough to probably guarantee that many will take early retirement and far fewer will enter the practice of medicine) questionable legal practices, tiered decision panels by Government employees, NOT physicians, etc., that is not the main concern with this bill and it’s been overlooked by the American people as well as Congress/Senate but certainly not the Obama Administration, who crafted the bill.

IT DISMANTLES THE CONSTITUTION ITSELF.

Through a massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch, in an effort to change everything about our Nation, it unravels the delicate balance of power hand-crafted by our founding fathers and is quite irreversible. Please go back and re-read the last few lines. They are the most critical of this article.

1)     The Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches of the U.S. Government will be transferred to the Obama Administration with the signing of this bill. The American people and their businesses will be under Obama’s authority. The odd and ironic part of all of this is that Congress does not have the Constitutional or legal authority to make such changes in the first place.

2)     Links to the Constitution, Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights are provided below for your review. I encourage you to peruse them and become as familiar as possible with these documents.

3)     The health care bill also allows the Obama Administration to access ALL of your personal health care information, financial information, employer records, physician/hospital records, and computerized information.

This is a specific violation of the Third and Fourth amendment.

If you decide to ‘spend’ your budget on something other than health care or” they” disagree with your choice of coverage, under this bill’s provisions, they can impose a fine (yet call it a ‘tax’) and even impose jail time, in direct violation of the Fifth Amendment.

The details are unbelievably complicated but suffice it to say that the Obama Administration has written an extremely offensive bill that is in direct violation with the 3rd, 4^th, 5^th 6^th, 9^th and 10^th portions of our Founding papers.

And that brings me to my final question and thought: One that I’m SURE Obama thought of but I’m not certain anyone else has. If all power is transferred to the Obama Administration, thereby rendering the Constitution invalid, then Obama can terminate term limits for himself…..can’t he?

While it's true that Islam is an odd and twisted political ideology, chock full of kid and goat lovers who've apparently never heard of human rights, it IS a bit off the wall for the wife to snap. It's almost always the husband or male family member, in their frustration due to the inability to control a female family member. (some of those circumstances permit the killing of the female in order to 'cleanse' the family 'honor') Rabia Sarwar, in a written note confession, slashed her husband's throat, when after five months of marriage he changed from a 'devout' muslim into a 'regular man'

According to her, he'd force her to eat pork, drink alcohol and wear short clothing, all things completely against their culture and upbringing. At first she complied with his wishes but soon she complained and became upset. He threatened to have her parents 'mutilated' according to reports.

One night while he slept, she slit his neck with a kitchen knife. He fought her off, called the police and she was arrested but later released on $25,000 bail. What seems odd is that this person who professes to be a 'devout muslim' apparently 'just' loves Salman Rushdie, yet hates Pakistanis ...and married a girl from Pakistan. He had to understand that this would certainly be a situation bound to implode at some point.

For folks in the state of California, this tax season was a bit different than usual. Certainly we filed our taxes as usual and things went off without a hitch on the federal side but everyone received notice from the State (as long as they were owed money that is) that the state was effectively broke) and that the State would be issuing IOU's instead, IOU's that wouldn't be honored until sometime later.

Months later, those owed returns received the IOU's in the form of warrants, with written instructions and dates.

The Wall Street Journal reported that a group of large banks in California would not be accepting the IOU's from clients. The banks include the "bailed out four-horsemen of the financial crisis: Citigroup, Bank of America/Merrill/Countrywide, JPMorgan Chase/Bear Stearns/WaMu, and Wells Fargo/Wachovia"

There are instructions that came with the warrants where people can turn them into the state, registered return reciept, but it seems ridiculous to be forced to do this when these the banks were bailed out with OUR tax dollars.

If our Government refuses to obey our Constitution....then what in the hell IS Treason, anyway?

This bill is not about health care

 IT IS ABOUT THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION SEIZING POWER AND LIMITING RIGHTS IN AN ILLEGAL FASHION. 

Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to "be bound by oath or affirmation" to support the Constitution.

Regardless of where you happen to sit, politically, Health Care is, by far, one of the most personal aspects of our lives of Americans.  Ask anyone the following question and your answers are guaranteed to inspire conversation and passion.

"Is Healthcare in America a right....or is it a privilege?"

According to our Founding papers, health, happiness, wealth, comfort, etc. is NOT an entitlement. The opportunity to live in America, work hard and make the most of ones opportunities is a God-granted right of every American though. And we do need health care reform. But NOT on the taxpayers dime, NOT in a fashion that drives physician out of the practice of medicine and not in such a way that puts us under the control of the Federal Government.

With regards to House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009, despite media claims to the contrary, the bill (which barely passed in the House the other day) does, indeed allow for rationing of care, especially where Senior Citizens are concerned.  In addition, it provides free services for illegal aliens, complimentary pregnancy terminations and waiting lists.

Particularly frightening is that this highly personal aspect of our lives now will be run by federal bureaucrats, few of them qualified to do much more than answer a telephone. Need proof? Look at what they've done with Medicare, Medicaid, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, the Banking industry, the Auto industry, the entire Congress/Senate, the IRS, the Post Office and endless other services that they've screwed into the ground. Our Government is a master at turning everything they touch into crap. Yet for some reason, they have (so far, anyway) passed health care. This tells me one thing - most of the folks in Congress are either 1) mentally challenged 2) have been on the government teat for WAY too long and we need to show them the door to retirement (NOTE: since most of them have 'acquired' so much mystery wealthy since taking office, I'd propose that we freeze their salaries, benefits and retirement as well as start an investigation as to where the money came from starting with Chris Dodd)

This just scratches the surface of the bad part, though. This bill is NOT about providing health care.

It's about the convenient massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch, in an effort to destroy the United States. Think about this carefully.

1) The first thing to go will be the carefully calculated balance of power between the EXECUTIVE, LEGISLATIVE AND JUDICIAL BRANCHES OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THE CONGRESS WILL BE X-FERRING to the Obama Administration AUTHORITY in a number of different ways over the LIVES OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE and the BUSINESSES THEY OWN. The irony is that the Congress does not have the authority to legislate IN MOST AREAS TO BEGIN WITH.

The health care bill DOES provide for the Obama Administration to access ALL of your personal healthcare information, your financial information, info from your employer, physician and hospital.

This is in SPECIFIC VIOLATION OF THE FOURTH AMENDMENT

UNREASONABLE SEARCH AND SEIZURES? RIGHT TO PRIVACY? 3rd and 4th AMENDMENTS?
 

If you elect to remain uninsured or they 'disagree' with your Health Care choice, under this bill, they can 'impose' a fine (yet call it a tax) in direct violation of the fifth amendment.

The details are far too complicated to launch into a diatribe here but suffice it to say that passing of this bill will effectively nullify three of the original ten of the Bill of Rights. (6th, 9th, 10th)

Recently, the Imam of a Detroit area Islamic group was killed in a gunfight with Federal agents who were working on a counterterrorism task force. Witnesses and Agents reported that the gunfight began after Luqman Ameen Abdullah refused to surrender and face Federal charges, opting to engage in violence instead.

Abdullah was alleged and known to have been armed, according to several reports collected from various sources, including selling stolen goods, possessing illegal weapons and other charges many of which are still pending. He was killed during an exchange of gunfire with the FBI at a warehouse in Dearborn , a suburb of Detroit, Michigan.

He was a leading member of 'the brotherhood' governed by 'Sharia-law' The Unmah is ruled by Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin Formerly known as H. Rap Brown, a 1960's radical and Black Panther who is serving a life sentence for the murder of two police officers in Georgia, also tied to Islam.

Interestingly enough, CAIR has taken up this 'cause' and is also calling on the FBI to not to link the raids or the allegations against the suspects to the Islamic faith.

In a statement, the Muslim coalition said:
“It is imperative that an independent investigation of Imam Luqman Ameen Abdullah’s death make public the exact circumstances in which he died. And unless the FBI has evidence linking the criminal allegations to the religious affiliation of the suspects, we ask that federal authorities stop injecting religion into this case. The unjustified linkage of this case to the faith Islam will only serve to promote an increase in existing anti-Muslim stereotyping and bias in our society.”

Let's remember that "Islam IS as Islam DOES!!" and This THUG was under investigation for YEARS! He WAS killed in a shootout because he was behaving like a THUG and REFUSED to lay down his WEAPONS. PERIOD. NOT because of police brutality. so hey, CAIR, you whiny little weenies - get OVER yourself!!

Nancy Pelosi really IS a pig from Hell. The health care bill recently unveiled by the "Useless as hell" Speaker-of the House" is over 1900 pages for a reason. It is much easier to dispense goodies to 'favored' interest groups if they are surrounded by lots of legislative gobbly-gook and garbage that she is hoping that no one will read (sorry Grandma aka facelift Queen...we're reading!)

Check out the dog TURD carved out for the "Trial Lawyers" (pages 1431-1433 of the bill) Section 2531, entitled, "Medical Liability" Alternatives" establishes an incentive program for states to adopt and implement alternatives to medical liability litigation. (but) a state is NOT eligible for the incentive payments if that state puts a law on the books that elects to put a cap on damages.

While the idea does have merit, for her to bury it in the bill is sneaky at best and could leave people who are truly damaged without representation. This botoxed snake needs to be retired immediately, she's outlived her usefulness.

As much as I hate the idea of death panels, I halfway hope she finds herself in front of one in the near future.

I am DONE with our so called 'Leaders' making crappy decisions that are going to continue unraveling this Nation at a pace we cannot keep up with.  Barney Frank running a ho-house out of his condo in Washington DC yet no one does anything about it. The Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mess that contributed to the collapse in our banking, insurance, mortgage, lending, credit and other industries: this one was covered with Congress, Obama, and other finger prints that would take me hours to explain but we ALL know who I'm talking about! the AIG cluster! Bank of America...CAIR...Obama, the Pigs in Congress, Chris Dodd, Tim Geithner, their sticky fingers everywhere, yet they're claiming to go 'after' tax frauds all over America. Hey, Glass houses, people! why don't you guys pay your own taxes first?? worry about the American people later? what about your own taxes? Rahm Emanuel's property taxes are delinquent !! are you going after him? huh? what about Dodd's house in Ireland? huh? Has Geithner paid up his past due taxes? what about everyone else? YOU CAN'T GET UPSET WHEN YOU'RE JUST AS GUILTY!

Dear Ms. Pelosi:

I write to you out of utter disdain! You are as despicable and un-American as the traitor Jane Fonda.

I am a soon to be 65 year-old who has voted in every state and local election since 1966. I have voted for both Republicans and Democrats alike. I have worked on campaigns for both Republicans and Democrats, white and black. I served the country that I love in Vietnam, as my son did in the Middle East. I was awarded two bronze stars. I have been involved in politics since age 6 when my father was campaign manager for a truly great American Congressman, Charles Raper Jonas, who worked for his constituents and his country, and was to be admired, unlike you.

You obviously haven’t read the Constitution recently, if ever, the Federalist Papers, or even David McCullough’s book on John Adams. You ought to take the time while riding around in your government provided luxury executive jet to do just that. You represent Socialistic and even Marxist principals that our founding fathers tried to avoid when setting out the capitalistic republican form of government represented by our Constitution.

I find it interesting that you and your husband are multi-millionaires with much of your fortune being made as a result of your “public service”. You have controlled legislation that has enhanced your husband’s investments both on and off shore. At the same time you redistributed the wealth of others. Our system of a free market economy is being destroyed by the likes of you, Harry Reid, and now our President. You ride around in a Gulfstream airplane at the tax payer’s expense while criticizing the presidents of companies who produced something for the economy. You add nothing to the economy of the United States; you only subtract therefrom.

I would like to suggest that you return to the city of fruitcakes and nuts and eat your husband’s canned tuna and pineapple produced by illegal immigrants and by workers who have been excluded from the protection that 90% of the legal workers in the United States have.

I await your defeat in the next election with glee.

Don’t ever use the term “un-American” again for protesters who love this country and are exercising their rights upon which this country was founded. By the way, while I served in the Army, I was spit on by the same type of lunatics who support you and who you probably supported in the 60’s and 70’s. You are an embarrassment to all of us who served so that you would have the protected right of free speech to call us un-American. But at the same time, I have the right to write you to notify you that I consider you to be un-American, as do the majority of the people of this formerly great country. Leaders are made, not born. Leadership is  forged in times of crisis. It's easy to sit there with your  feet up on the desk and talk theory... Or send someone else's  kid off to war when you've never seen a battlefield yourself.  It's another thing to lead when your world comes tumbling  down.

On September 11, 2001, we needed a  strong  leader more than any other time in our history. We needed a  steady hand to guide us out of the ashes. A hell of a mess, so  here's where we stand.

We're immersed in a bloody war  with no plan for winning and no plan for leaving. 

We're running the biggest deficit in the history of  the country.

We're losing the manufacturing edge to    Asia , while our once-great companies are getting slaughtered  by health care costs.

Gas prices are skyrocketing, and  nobody in power has a coherent energy policy. Our schools are  in trouble.

Our borders are like sieves.

The  middle class is being squeezed every which way.

These  are times that cry out for leadership.

But when you  look around, you've got to ask: 'Where have all the leaders  gone?' Where are the curious, creative communicators? Where  are the people of character, courage, conviction, omnipotence,  and common sense? I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I  think you get the  point..

Name me a leader who has  a better idea for homeland security than making us take off  our shoes in airports and throw away our shampoo?

We've  spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and  all we know how to do is react to things that have already  happened.

Name me one leader who emerged from the  crisis of Hurricane Katrina. Congress has yet to spend a  single day evaluating the response to the hurricane or  demanding accountability for the decisions that were made in  the crucial hours after the storm.

Everyone's  hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping it doesn't happen  again. Now, that's just crazy. Storms happen. Deal with it...  Make a plan. Figure out what you're going to do the next  time.

Name me an industry leader who is thinking  creatively about how we can restore our competitive edge in  manufacturing. Who would have believed that there could ever  be a time when 'The Big Three' referred to Japanese car  companies? How did this happen, and more important, what are  we going to do about it?

Name me a government leader  who can articulate a plan for paying down the debit, or  solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care  problem... The silence is deafening. But these are the crises  that are eating away at our country and milking the middle  class dry.

I have news for the gang in Congress. We  didn't elect you to sit on your rear ends and do nothing and  remain silent while our democracy is being hijacked and our  greatness is being replaced with mediocrity. What is everybody  so afraid of? That some bonehead on NBC news or CNN news will  call them a name? Give me a break. Why don't you guys show  some spine for a change?

Had Enough? Hey, I'm not  trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here.  I'm  trying to light a fire. I'm speaking out because I have hope -  I believe in America . In my lifetime, I've had the privilege  of living through some of America 's greatest moments. I've  also experienced some of our worst crises: The 'Great  Depression,' 'World War  II,' the 'Korean War,' the  'Kennedy Assassination,' the 'Vietnam War,' the 1970's oil  crisis, and the struggles of recent years culminating with  9/11.

If I've learned one thing, it's this: 'You don't  get anywhere by standing on the sidelines waiting for somebody  else to take action. Whether it's building a better car or  building a better future for our children, we all have a role  to play. That's the challenge I'm raising in this book. It's a  "Call to Action" for people who, like me, believe in America  '. It's not too late, but it's getting pretty close. So let's  shake off the crap and go to work. Let's tell 'em all we've  had 'enough.'

This is weird.

A Muslim from Afghanistan beat his brother to death for making disparaging remarks about his wife without ceasing.

Is this happening with greater frequency or is that my imagination? The idiot in Arizona who tried to run his daughter down, the woman who attacked her husband with a butcher knife, the man in Texas who killed his daughters, Rifqa Bary who defected from Islam to Christianity...all cases of Islamic families in threatening situations.

Muslim violence should ALWAYS be taken seriously. Anyone who doubts this must read the qur'an. Yes, they may be nuts but they do take their ideology very seriously.
