The Declaration of Independence states in part: “…That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness...”

The arrogance of power in the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government has reached epic and intolerable proportions and generated significant dissent and protest in Town-hall meetings and Tea Parties across the nation.

The U.S. President, Vice-President, cabinet members and senior appointed officials, members of Congress, and members of the Supreme Court take the following sacred oath of office:

“I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

Sadly, we have seen most of them violate their oath. Fraud and corruption is rampant in the institutions of government, and some have engaged in treasonous activities. They know who they are, as do the people.
Some of the main offenses are:

• Berated and condemned the actions of the United States before the United Nations in New York City and overseas.
• Acted outside the boundaries of our nation’s founding principles by nationalizing significant segments of the U.S. automobile, banking, housing, and (if they get their way) healthcare industries.
• Appointed more than 30 czars to important policy positions in the executive branch and immune from congressional advice and consent and oversight requirements.
• Passed and signed the $787 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) Bill without thoroughly reading and adequately debating the bill’s merits.
• Engage in judicial activism which may grant captured terrorists the same constitutional due process rights as American citizens.

In 1789, Thomas Jefferson was overheard saying to James Madison, “Every government degenerates when trusted to the rulers of the people alone. The people themselves therefore are its only safe depositories.”

In 1861, Abraham Lincoln’s issued this warning in his inaugural address, “Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up and shake off the existing government and form a new one. This is a most valuable and sacred right – a right which we hope and believe is to liberate the world.”

The U.S. Constitution, Article One, Section Five, Clause II and the 10th Amendment to the Constitution provide the constitutional authority the President, Vice-President, cabinet appointees, members of Congress and members of the Supreme Court to be removed from office for failure to properly discharge their constitutional duties and responsibilities.

The U.S. Constitution allows the citizens of their country to freely elect their government leaders. Americans elect the president and vice-president every four years, members of the House of Representatives every two years, members of the Senate every six years. Members of the Supreme Court are nominated by the president and receive lifetime appointments if confirmed by the Senate. And political appointees in the executive branch serve at the pleasure of the president if confirmed by the Senate.

“We, the People” have had enough of this current government. They, not the American People, are on a socialist and treasonous death march and bankrupting the country. We have watched the President and members of his Cabinet, Vice-President, members of Congress, and members of the Supreme Court, defile our nation’s founding documents and sacred principles – and violate their sacred oath of office.

These are extraordinary times. “We, the People” cannot wait for the next round of elections because of the urgent and deteriorating national security and economic conditions. The time has come to call on these public servants to put the interests of “We, the People” above their own self-interests by resigning from their government positions immediately.

IDIOT SOUP- PETRAEUS, GORE AND HERPES

Shakespeare said, "Cowards die many times before their deaths; the valiant never taste of death but once." Naturally, he was referring to Julius Caesar.  I stumbled across this quote recently and the words leapt out at me, almost dancing across the page.

They could just as easily apply to most of the men and women in today's 'leadership' positions, the lack of integrity, personal responsibility and testicular fortitude, growing worse with each passing generation, much like a social cancer that could effortlessly kill our Nation's independence.  Death by laziness, Let our tombstone simply read: complete absence of originality.

Do these words even resonate to today's American? Yes… about 70 % of us that believe in Conservatism, the constitution and traditional values.

This dumbed-down, panty-waste attitude is precisely what the left wing very carefully (successfully) built their 2008 marketing campaign around, simple, easy to use slogans - even the most doltish could grasp on to words like ‘hope’ and ‘change’  Very simple - by manipulating the stupidity of the American people, that is, the half who were still not paying attention (hey, American Idol’s on!) and still rarely glance at unless it promises instant gratification or other childlike benefits!

You know the type.  They are the ones who 'think' that Islamists are 'peaceful' and that those who seek to educate America about Islam are racists. This kind of thinking absolutely makes my skin creep….

 That is exactly what got the communist bi-sexual little girl-in-chief Acorn poster boy elected in the first place. That and white guilt. Think about it - years ago, we had 'Honest Abe...now we're stuck with the Lying African!' Have these morons lost their minds? And somehow the ‘powers that be’ have taken it upon themselves to put this line of teaching into their children's schools and textbooks and they have never questioned its meaning, trusting that all is well? Who ARE these idiots? Has something happened to their minds? is it in their water? Perhaps there is a shelf life on human DNA and intellect capacity unravels after a certain period of time? Have they been brainwashed? What on earth happened in less than 300 years?  Was our purpose defeated? We NEED to ASK the tough questions, folks!! Even if it seems to be the ‘wrong time and place’ etc. There is never a good time or place to make someone feel uncomfortable about THAT subject. Especially the big fat lying former Veep and his goofy Hollywood friends who love to give parties/money almost as much as he loves to lecture us about 2 ply toilet paper, SUV's and the dangers of running water.  Bottom line: Al Gore SMELLS.  He IS the Christmas goose. Still, I think I'd rather pay for BS environmental 'protections' than sit through one of his speeches though. He's simply too much. If I was Tipper I would have had my eardrums removed years ago.

One positive aspect of Gore's attitude/thievery/prize winning- 'll bet when he got that prize he got regular nooky for awhile even with 'that' body and unfortunate haircut. Still guessing she didn't let him talk though. They probably went a bit nuts, nurses outits, whips, high heels, dirty whispering, you know the deal. The stuff some do when you're first together. Naturally HE wore the outfits. Liberal men are like chicks. No cojonas. And what self-respecting woman wants to be ravaged by a non-man? I've always wondered if liberals are simply oxygen deprived at birth. might be a study worth pursuing at some point.

Now THAT would be good use of stimulus money! (no pun intended, of course)

Something recently truly got my attention and I wanted to share it with you all.  I was watching Trace and Martha early one morning morning, perhaps two or three weeks ago and Martha mentioned that being 'time' to have a General in the White House once again as we are so desperately lacking in proper leadership.  Naturally my ears perked right up, couldn't possibly agree with this statement more and I turned the television up. and then she said the eight words that no one should EVER say on television.

"I think General Petraeus should be running for President!"

There was no way in in hell I had just heard this correctly.....This woman, the same gal who was forced to choke on her interview regarding Gitmo, Waterboarding and other classic 'Petraeus-isms' that revealed more than the military was comfortable with, was actually going to publicly endorse this clown? based on what? her opinion? Some higher up at Fox?  It got me thinking about comments he was making Just prior to the Lebanese elections,  Petraeus spoke with a newspaper blaming the Israeli-Palestinian conflict for the existence of Hezbollah. “Hezbollah’s justifications for existence will become void,” Petraeus said, “if the Palestinian cause is resolved.”

No one is 100 % certain what was meant by the statement - it could even have been mistranslated information. (the newspaper is printed in arabic) if Petraeus, however, did mean what he said? this is a much different story and speaks volumes for his character, his understanding of Islam and his leadership capability. The idea that the Palestinian “plight” is Hezbollah’s casus belli is so over the top and ridiculous he should be embarrassed to have made the statement or any reason., and so detached from reality, it is hard to believe Petraeus actually thinks this way. And if he DOES, why in the hell is he serving in the US military as a General?

Unfortunately, Petraeus has a history of thinking patterns that would definately not parallel the type of 'man' I would normally characterize as one fitting the description of a U.S. Military General. Good grief, though, in March of '05, even Admiral William Fallon referred to Petraeus as an "A-kissing Chicken ____" this is HARDLY an endorsement for "Leadership"

The comics must be working 24/7 these days with all of the material provided simply by watching the news.

And Carter, either peanut farmer or NUTTY farmer, complete with homemade haircut and IQ that parallels the price of a can of soda is probably pretty happy about now. he knows for certain that no matter what happens, he'll never be regarded as the worst President ever again.  He could have been dealing drugs, fathering kids with ALL of his employees, beating up the kitchen help, selling x-rated videos of his honeymoon on e-bay, buying meth for Amy, funneling money to al Qaeda through pay-pal, pretending to have tourettes syndrome (which he pretty much does anyway) masturbating...in public...to photographs of Al Sharpton...and he'd STILL look like a choir boy compared to the Clown representing America in the oval office right now. Obama is a nightmare and so incredibly dumb it's proof that money cannot buy you common sense. Think about it…The- idiotic Soros could have at least picked someone who didn't ride the short bus in Indonesia.

I was saddened but hardly surprised to hear the well-meaning yet ridiculous comments coming from Suzanne Somers not even one week following Patrick Swayze's unfortunate death.  It would seem that the the wanna-be physician Somers is convinced that Swayze would be living today if he had chosen the 'gentler' route for his pancreatic cancer like 'she' did for her breast cancer many years ago. For breast cancer patients, survival rates are literally 100 %  - it's now considered a disease that no one need die from - whether or not they do chemo, so long as it's caught early - obviously hers was, as compared to Swayze's stage FOUR! (my own mother has had it TWICE - and YES, nutrition, exercise, wellness, stress management, rest, etc., is absolutely the key during this process as well as during the set-up for the duration of the remainder of your life,  no question! but to compare? please!!)

Also, yes, it's true, that many Oncologists polled would definately not elect to take chemotherapy when asked - but it also is important to point out that surgeons/oncologists polled did include the caveat 'depending on WHAT type of cancer it was for which they would be treated for!' breast? no. lung? probably not. kidney? no. pancreas? YES. brain? absolutely! various others but you get the idea. and some are anti- drug and others are not...

I also have a problem with the way Somers 'worded' her press release and the garbage she's been spewing recently about 'hormonal health' as she is NOT qualified to talk about this sort of thing. unless she's gone back to school recently and I missed this announcement in the press. (the doctor she's cozied up to don't count, I searched for my first neurologist/neurosurgeon for 11 years and believe me, hers does NOT make the grade)

For starters, comparing Pancreatic cancer to Breast cancer is like comparing Pneumonia to AIDS. both are serious, one will always kill. Even now, fewer than 4 % of Pancreatic Cancer cancer patients make it to 4 years post-diagnosis AND that is with early diagnosis. Even people with AIDS can live for 20 or 30 years or longer. people with breast cancer, well, we've covered that one. Folks, we're not talking apples and oranges, we're talking apples and .....tire irons. Somers is out of her tree if she thinks 'nutrition' and a few sessions with her thighmaster was going to 'fix' Swayze's health. He was simply too ill. He was already stage four before it was even discovered.

What in the hell does she think this kind of idiotic talk does to his spouse, Lisa Niemi, anyway? Is she trying to add to her pain? The woman has been nothing short of a rock, staying out of the press, flying him back and forth to Stanford from their ranch for his treatments, never letting up, always solid, classy, someone for others to look up to, quietly going about her business. Why can't Somers be a little more like this? tone it down a bit? rather than behave as though she knows best, just be thankful she is alive and enjoy herself rather than going on talk shows discussing her hormones and sex life as though we're interested in what keeps her vagina humming, frankly, it's disconcerting to hear some Grandmother talk about her lubricated status.

Frankly, it might be nice for Somers to borrow a play out of Niemi's handbook and shut up for once or get a real Endocrinologist and get her  hormones in order. Now, back to Rifqa, This landmark apostasy situation in Florida has attempted to be erased...now if  they could reverse her fatwa that would be lovely but that's not likely to happen! It's interesting, her case has truly puzzled me...I realize many Americans are skeeved out by political Islam and would rather avoid the issue altogether rather than address it at all but we ARE talking about a young person's life here. A young American's life. Approve of her former ideology or not, they ARE entiitled to it, so long as they don't hurt anyone (although they were reportedly abusive parents, causing her to flee for her safety and allegedly  her life) and in these United States of America, we do, in fact, guarantee safe harbor and political asylem against those who would terrorize us for our political or religious beliefs, therefore she must be afforded safety and shelter under our own laws. . Screw the fact that this is their kid...they are not being very parental - and she should be afforded the same protection under our safe harbor laws that we give our illegals.  And let's face facts...we DO have terror camps all over the US where radical muslims are training to kill Americans RIGHT NOW and they are collecting welfare checks while they are training...hell, if we can protect their liberties, surely we can protect the liberties of Rifqa Bary, right, Obama, you big light in your loafers weenie?? or will stretching the envelope this far cause you to crawl under Michelle's skirt?? HAVE A BACKBONE, MAN??  Live up to your paygrade for once, you big Nancy!!

Next, take the case history of this family, gather all evidence, every scrap, every time someone has had to visit the home, every case file on the girl, every complaint - yes, since there IS no central database it may take awhile but it can be done if you can find case workers who are willing to work for their paychecks (yes I realize in this day and age many people are fundamentally lazy but if you look, you can find some who do care and are more than a little curious!!) frankly, I'll never understand why children's services has not gotten their collective crap together and housed every database together into one massive system, housed within law enforcement, like I suggested back in my 2003 thesis (der) much like the department of vehicles...everyone I spoke with from nearly every state department agreed that thousands of murders annually could be prevented or solved by using this integrated system - unconscienable that we've not done this. laziness. pure laziness. and quite unacceptable. but I digress! but in THIS case, it would require alot of handiwork as there IS a case history on Rifqa and it one pieced it together and a judge were to view it ALL (which he is NOT required to do, unfortunately and in many cases, NO ONE is lazier than judges, who just want to get the hell OUT of the courtrooms that are full of sad, disgusting overrun, hopeless cases)

The deck IS stacked against this young child. it will take the lobby of the people to make the difference. this IS very much my point. we MUST continue to make the difference. write letters. send emails. send faxes. make those calls. let your voices be heard. do NOT be afraid to be the squeaky voice.

17 year old Rifka Bary fled Ohio by bus to Florida to escape her Muslim parents after her father threatened to kill her for becoming
a Christian.

Governor Charlie can protect Rifka Bary by instructing the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to file a motion to recommend
to the judge that she stay in Florida.

To date, the Governor has taken no action and DCF has not filed the motions to say she is in need of protection by the state and

I used to live in Washington State and know first hand the bias found throughout the media there but still was not prepared for the sadness felt when hearing about the conduct of the reporters toward the participants of Congressman Adam Smith's Town Hall on August 25th in Lakewood, Washington.

The mood throughout the outdoor stadium was largely friendly, approximately 50 % democrat, 50% conservative, lively crowd.  Following a presentation, Congressman Smith opened the forum for two hours of questions and answers, moving about the room to personally connect with each person.  As this took place, the camera guy interacted with the crowd but continued to zero in on a small cluster of people over in one corner of the room, one woman holding a sign that read, 'Government healthcare killed my daughter'

Next to the woman with the sign stood Dawn Land and her mother-in-law, both conservatives from Western Washington, each adamantly against government healthcare for highly personal, rational reasons.  Dawn, the younger of the two continued to raise her hand, in hopes of asking a question.  In the entire two hours, they didn't get to her although after wrapping up the session, the camera man and Reporter did approach her and asked her if she had a question...and she said, no, more of a statement. "well, is there anything more personal than healthcare?"

"I understand the issues!" Dawn assured the Reporter, as she has a father on permanent disability who is bi-polar who cannot afford his medication, her mother has a brain tumor and requires regular scans, her sister is experiencing a high-risk pregnancy and requires a c-section. these are serious issues that would be problematic at best under Obamacare's 'public' option. Dawn is all to aware of this.

When the story did run, Ray Lane, KOMO's commentator left out the key points, manipulating the facts to lead viewers to believe that Land was supportive of the public option. The Land family was understandably and justly furious. Shouldn't we demand higher standards of our media? How is it that the folks at KOMO would permit one of their Reporters to botch a newscast and lie so miserably? Frankly, this is why I never watch a 'local' newscast  of any type but rely on the intelligence of proven sources of bi-partisan people I know and trust who never try to bend the 'truth' to their liking, places like Fox news, Stand up America USA, Washington Times, Carolyn Glick, Diana West, Rush Limbaugh, handful of others.

Once you've lost your credability, what do you have? what are you? Just another tabloid. Just another left wing mind-less idiot press peddling garbage for Obama. and that is nothing to aspire to.

This is by far my most controversial column and I'll let you all know right up front, i'm not looking for a fight, i'm speaking out loud exactly what alot of people are thinking in private. We have a person in the white house who is a race baiter, white hater, propegandist, who believes in reparations, even though he's not an American, from all known accounts was born in Kenya, raised in Indonesia and shouldn't have an interest in the race discussion whatsoever. He has no pride in this nation, won't even go so far as to cover his heart for the national anthem. there is zero integrity in this man unless the topic is looting the tax payer, cozying up to communism, terrorists or others who hate Americans...his wife has been stealing from taxpayers since they took office, adding to the staff, traveling at every opportunity on the taxpayers dime, and even before, taking advantage at every opportunity. 

On Jan. 9, 2009, the University of Chicago Medical Center officially announced that Michelle Obama had resigned from her post as vice president for community and external affairs to join her husband, then-President-elect Barack Obama, in the White House as the new first lady of the United States.

Michelle Obama had been promoted in 2005 to vice president for community and external affairs after three years as the executive director for community affairs. It’s true, as the e-mail (and National Review column) says, that she received a sizable pay raise that year. She went from earning $121,910 in 2004 as an executive director at the hospital to making $316,962  nearly twice her husband's salary as Illinois State Senator.  Guess her networking skills truly paid off, eh?

I've often wondered what she thinks of her husband's extracurricular love life, Larry Sinclair, the dead choir director, the other dead gay guys from his church that he was reportedly were romancing her husband..what must she think of these situations? and the rumblings of an alleged involvement/w Van Jones? Is she embarrassed or does she just turn a blind eye? President or not, I could never be married to someone like this, it's simply too distasteful.

But then, she's hardly a prize either, with her anti-american thesis, liberal agenda, spending, angry rhetoric, rebellion, constant photographic moments featuring her mid-crisis, something NOT to her liking...her, there is not much to admire about Michelle either.

SOMETHING IS HAPPENING!

Our country, lurching from crisis to crisis continues to be the foundation of freedom and culture, tolerance, and goodness that it always has been.

People are active, aware, full of caring and vigor to protect the Constitution and the essential qualities of the United States that have always made the US the great experiment in freedom and liberty of the world. Here, I will show you an example.

On the 25th of September a public all-day event of “Islamic prayer” will be held in Washington, DC. The event is scheduled to take place in front of the capitol building, according to the event's organizers, and will begin very early in the morning and run into the evening. The organizers plan on 50,000 Muslims attending. They have a large budget some 200k according to their web site.

Prayer in a Mosque is one matter, Islamic prayer in front of the Capitol of the great kafir country of the world is quite another.

This event is a political event, not a religious event, and must therefore be opposed.

Islam is an entire civilization not only a religion. Islam's purpose is to grow and expand so that the entire world is under Islamic control. The doctrine of Islam is clear on this point. Those who are not Muslim, the kafir (or unbeliever) are considered the lowest form of life in Islam. Allah and Mohammed hate the kafir, therefore all Muslims must hate them as well. To not follow the commands of Allah and Mohammed is apostasy (a Muslim who has left Islam); apostasy in Islam is punishable by death.

Muslims are slaves of Allah and Mohammed; Mohammed and Allah are only found in the doctrine of Islam. Mohammed and Allah hate the kafirs, the unbelievers, so all Muslims must do the same. This is clear logic.

Islam is a political ideology of conquest and control. The purpose of Islam is to ensure that Sharia law is implemented across the world. This is the only way that "dar al-Islam" (a world under Islam) is brought about. Islam is at war with unbelievers everywhere forever until dar al-Islam is achieved.

I have no interest in living under Sharia Law, nor should you; I have no desire to ever wear a burkha or niqab nor should you. If Muslims want to live under Sharia Law in their own countries, that is their affair. Sharia Law and the doctrine of Islam are contrary to the freedoms and rights that are guaranteed to us in the Constitution. I support our Constitution and therefore must oppose political Islam.

I oppose the growth of Sharia everywhere, particularly in the United States. Islam is foundationally opposed to American democracy. The conflict with Islam is existential.

This demonstration of Islamic power in the United States on the 25th at the Capitol should be opposed by all reasonable Americans, folks who love freedom, liberty, tolerance, and equal rights. Islam is a supremacist ideology.

A new organization is dedicated to educating the American people about the dangers of Islam, its purposes, ideologies, jihad, sharia, etc. In addition, this group is not afraid to step up and defend the Constitution and expose a political event of an opposing ideology for what it is when the necessity arises.

Stop Islamization of America (SIOANETWORK.COM) is associated with groups across the world with the same mission, to oppose the growth and spread of the Islamic political ideology which is determined to overthrow our freedoms, religions, and cultures.

Kendra Adams is the founder of this organization. This is a group of brave scholars of Islam, grass roots students and activists, patriotic Americans all who study the doctrine of Islam and the appalling atrocities that the adherents of the "religion of peace" do on account of that doctrine.

Will the Muslims on the 25th of September condemn jihad? Will they dedicate themselves to the security and prosperity of Americans and other non-believers? If the invitation is refused (we have already refused bin Laden's pre-911 "invitation") Islam is in a state of active jihad (warfare against the unbeliever for Allah) against the host country and kafir culture.

This is a call for support.

I hope you will join us on the 25th of September and rally the country around us. Those whose doctrine requires the destruction of the United States, whose jihad against us and all non-Muslims everywhere is fully documented and understood, whose adherents committed the greatest atrocity against Americans in our history, 9/11 will see that Americans understand their purposes and their motivations. We are not fooled; Islam is no “religion of peace”.

We understand takiyah (sacred deception). We know that Muslims are commanded to never befriend a Jew or a Christian, or any non-Muslim because to do so is to be one of "them" (a great sin in Islam). We know that there is an exception to this rule in the doctrine - when it aids in the growth and power of Islam such relationships are "not forbidden".

When hearing the name 'Afghanistan' it often brings to mind images of fighting, or beautiful deeply tanned people hand-carving artistic wares to sell, to name just a few.  I think of this place and am often filled with sadness, for the people who live there yet have been strife-filled since the 1970's surrounding the Soviet Invasion and subsequent 2001 US-led invasion.  Although ongoing efforts managed to topple the taliban government, they've been waged in battle for what seems like a lifetime and the taliban is still in existence and apparently quite strong.

Another side to this beautiful country, located right in the middle of Asia is their enormous drug trade and funding of al Qaeda's operations.  Reportedly, Afghanistan has been producing roughly twice annually in poppy what the market demands for its' heroin users and various other needs that require poppy. (most of them pharmaceuticals of both the legal and illegal varietal)  Some reports have their production down over the past year but more accurately, the prices have dropped to about the level they were in 2005 over the past year.

Afghanistan produces roughly 80 % of the heroin consumed in Europe and 70 % throughout the rest of the World.  Despite the ongoing presence of the ISAF (International Security Assistance force) and continued war, production in 2002 managed to remain between 35-40,000 tons, increasing by 10 % from previous years.  This represents 6 billion dollars in profit, much of which is siphoned to various al Qaeda groups to fund terrorism. (not just al Qaeda but Hizballah, the IRA and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia as well)

Although terror is also funded through private donors, corporations, Saudi Arabia connections and from the mosques themselves, the bulk of the funding is provided through the international drug trade. Oddly enough, when dealers/traffickers are apprehended, their drug offenses seem to be the sole focus; no one ever ventures into the 'why' which could feasibly cut down on this business if additional questions were asked. 

I've previously discussed with you the connecting factors between Iran, Afghanistan and South America and as puzzling as it may sound, they share many common threads, largely surrounding their pathological hatred for all things North America.  I'd propose that there is yet another fascinating piece to this ensemble: The recent boom in Afghan opium production, propelled by a resurgent Taliban, has had an increasing impact Iran's drug problem.  their neighbors are producing and shipping impressive levels of poppy and according to a Professor at the University of Maryland,  Iran has the biggest drug addiction problem in the world, with in excess of 3 million addicted to heroin.

Iran is secretly supplying arms to Afghan insurgents while publicly pretending to be supportive of the Afghan government. Shipments typically include small arms, mines, rocket propelled grenades (RPGs), rockets, mortars, and plastic explosives. Taliban commanders have publicly credited Iranian support for their successful operations against Coalition forces.  Iran has built up many of the Afghan towns, as well, building roads, schools, businesses and supplying the people with new textbooks. (which has been somewhat unwelcome to those who suspect the strong religious undertones contained within the books)

In Venezuela, Hezbollah members enjoy a two-fold advantage: The Shiite presence, as well as the very warm ties between Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Columbia's method of cultivating poppy is very similar to that of Afghanistan, an interesting notation. 

 According to Western intelligence officials, Hezbollah cells in the country are largely found in the centers of the oil industry, naturally recruiting workers from the Middle East. Group activists are equipped with forged passports and large sums of money, which enable them to make a living without being uncovered and without being forced to engage in criminal activity that may expose them. Other sources suspect that the rest of the network is composed of former Bank of Credit and Commerce International contacts.  These institutions have a lengthy history of gold smuggling, drug trafficking, money laundering, and illegal trading, both arms and diamonds.Some of these cells were deployed in South America, where large communities of Lebanese Shiites, some of whom support Hezbollah, can be found. Many of them live in towns that serve as focal points of the drug and arms trade, making it easier to operate there.  Especially vulnerable to drug trafficking and terror training activity include areas such as South and Central America, including Argentina and Brazil.

Based on research conducted by both Israeli as well as American intelligence, cells that brought attacks to fruition in Argentina were comprised of Hizbullah and al-Quds force of Iran's Revolutionary Guards worldwide, including Europe and the US. Many cells are disguised as community centers, mosques or charity organizations.

In addition to a new military strategy, we also need to develop a series of initiatives designed to reign in the drug trade, arms dealing and funding of al Qaeda. It is the very root of this war.  The taliban needs to be brought to justice once and for all. Then perhaps the people in this region can pursue peaceful businesses, relationships and for once, life.

It's not as though we haven't been WARNED repeatedly.

In the eight short years since September 11th, we've watched, analyzed and worried about Iran and the possibility that they would gain access to nuclear weapons, and for good reason. There is ample evidence that this Regime has aggressively pursued the development and acquisition of nuclear technology since the early '80's. In his book, "The Iran Threat" Alireza Jafarzadeh describes how Alireza Assar, a Physicist who trained in Scotland and Italy was approached in 1985 by Commanders from the IRGC who recruited him to begin work on such a program through their Ministry of Defense. Over the years, several discussions were reportedly held, including the revelation that they'd managed to collect $800 million dollars to complete the project, $700 million more than deemed necessary. The IRGC has experienced turmoil over the years, between Leadership changes, information leaking out and incarceration for those who refused to continue to cooperate within the parameters of the program.

While the development of nuclear technology is a situation that always calls for concern and tremendous consideration, Iran's situation is highly unique as they seem to offer a networking 'hub' for organized violence, holding court as the Chief sponsor of Islamic terror. In addition, they openly and quite happily harbor al Qaeda as well as other operatives  and at a minimum, indirectly support al Qaeda's ongoing battle for Iraq. To add to our growing list of concerns, one must consider Iran's President Ahmadinejad, former Revolutionary guard, who reportedly helped 'take over' the U.S. embassy in Iran in 1979. A radical islamist, his open hatred of the US and Israel is well known and documented. During his speech, " The World Without Zionism" he openly stated,  ... "To those who doubt, to those who ask is it possible, or those who do not believe, I say accomplishment of a world without America and Israel is both possible and feasible.”  

Military sources have now confirmed  that Russia has been supplying Iran with the S-300 air defense system, several agreements having already been signed between Ahmadinejad and at least one former Soviet Republic. Although Israel's F-16 multi-role fighter is equipped with systems that can detect and alert pilots of potential launches, it's unclear how many of their craft possess this critical ability. Adding to this turn of events was the announcement that Syria is also expected to receive access and capability for the S-300. 

I find it increasingly disturbing that our Administration, currently staffed with spineless apologists and brain-dead lefties, (including Obama, Napolitano, Clinton and introducing  former Los Angeles times columnist and anti-Israel Rosa Brooks, new advisor to the Undersecretary of Defense) refuse to understand or acknowledge the ever present danger facing our Nation as a result of ignoring the constant rantings of Ahmadinejad who behaves like a mentally incompetent mini-Hitler with a Napoleon complex. Despite the continual warnings, rising tension, elections that successfully launched Iran into a full-blown state of chaos, how did Gates react? he cuts our military budget, yet again.  Are these goobers waiting for Ahmadinejad to publish his intent to 'rid the world of the Great Satan and mini-Satan' respectively, in a full page spread in the New York Times?  Rather than deal with reality, our inexperienced excuse for a leadership has announced that we are 'not in conflict with Islam' and that we need to find new ways to work together and to embrace Muslims. How? by sharpening their swords for them? Has the White House gone completely nuts? Perhaps they're waiting for 'The Monkey' (as Ahmadinejad is called throughout Iran) to make the first 'serious' move in order to prove their intent? Well, how's this for intent: Iran is expected to have their previously rumored, yet now confirmed nuclear program at 100 % capacity by next year.

And what was the official reaction? by setting an end of September 'deadline' for the beginning of talks. Now, although a failure to meet that deadline could mean economic sanctions on Iran, (by unblocking the current bill in Congress) including cutting off their supply of refined gasoline, not to mention permitting Israel to strike against their nuclear program without fear of opposition by our Administration,  I'm guessing that Ahmadinejad is about as frightened of Obama's hollow threats as Muammar Gaddafi was when Obama forewarned them that 'they had better not celebrate' al-Megrahi's release by Scottish incompetent Secretary MacAskill back to Libya. And we have all seen how that turned out...Obama standing there, shaking his head with 'disappointment' while al-Megrahsi and friends party it up in Libya. Gordon Brown, only validated Hannan's earlier statements accusing him of lacking any semblance of testicular fortitude by remaining silent on the issue although Former Minister Tom Harris pointed out that there is nothing in the Scotland Act to prevent a Prime Minister from commenting on a decision by the Edinburgh government.

It's critical to understand and consider Iran's impressive influence throughout the World. These are educated people, much different than other terrorists that largely live in tribal settings. In Vallely/McInerney's recent book, "Endgame" it's described how in recent years, Iran has begun forging alliances with Cuba and Venezuela, a relationship that makes little economic (or political) sense as they hardly share ideologies yet they do share a pathological hatred of North Americans. As such, Chavez has only been too happy to provide a training ground for al Qaeda.  There is speculation that our Administration's decision  to send an Ambassador into Syria was decided with the hopes of restoring this deeply troubled relationship, (severly damaged since Damascaus was blamed in the 2005 murder of Lebanon Prime Minister Rafik Hariri  in a bomb explosion in Beirut ) with the intent to distance and discourage Syria from continuing their dangerous ties with Hamas, Hezbollah and especially, Iran.  

Strange as it may sound, President Ahmadinejad swears that a  halo of light appeared around him while he addressed the UN in '05, confirming his "divine purpose on Earth " Ahmadinejad’s is also obsessed with the return of Shiite Muslims’ messiah and as a stringent follower of Islam, has expressed his ultimate goal of the destruction of America and Israel on more than one occasion. Iran’s “Supreme Leader” Ayatollah Ali Khameini declared that Iran refuses to “beg world powers for its right to develop nuclear technology” and has demonstrated that it will not retreat from the "field of danger" and will protect those rights, even should it mean death for them. Ahmadinejad  reportedly spoke with Syrian president Bashar Assad recently, where (if sources are citing truthful statements) Assad is reportedly hoping for a united war as it will only strengthen their 'position.'
 

Deadline or not, this hardly portrays a positive outlook for our safety in America, our Administration or for hope for peace in the middle east. The $800 million dollar question remains: How will our Administration react to this deadly threat against Israel and America?

Moving to Mexico

Dear Mr. President , U. S. Senate and Congress:

I'm planning to move my family and extended family into Mexico for awhile and we need your help. We're planning to simply walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico , and we'll require assistance to make a few arrangements.

We plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here and since you've not needed a social security number nor produced YOUR id for anything, we'll expect the same treatment.

So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Calderon, that I'm on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:

1. Free medical care for my entire family.

2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.

3. All Mexico government forms, printed in Spanish, need to also be printed in English.

4. I want my kids to be taught Spanish by English-speaking (bi-lingual) teachers.

5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.

6. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the flag pole at their school.

7. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.

8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to government services. Who took care of your id's? (perhaps you can give them a call and they can pre-arrange some id's for us too)

9. I do plan to get a car and drive in Mexico , but, I don't plan to purchase car insurance, and I probably won't make any special effort to learn local traffic laws.

10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from their president to leave me alone, please be sure that every patrol car has at least one English-speaking officer.

11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put U S. flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.

12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, or have any labor or tax laws enforced on any business I may start.

13. Please have the president tell all the Mexican people to be extremely nice and never say a critical thing about me or my family, or about the strain we might place on their economy.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all his people who come to the U.S. from Mexico . I am sure that President Calderon won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.

Gentlemen:

We are now in a situation where those who desire to extricate themselves from the War On Terror, or any other military obligation, may do so by challenging their orders. All one needs to do is question the legitimacy of the alleged president, Soetoro, and they are immediately released. What will you do if all the military want to know the truth? What will you do then? Should not they expect their orders to be legal? Every person in the military should resist, barring absolute proof. If only our military had hundreds of thousands of others with Major Stefan Frederick Cook’s bravery.

Show us, gentlemen, that you, too, have that bravery. Show the American People that you are not just armchair generals, fat and incompetent, happy to collect your paychecks, waiting to retire. Show us that you indeed have some testicular fortitude and the ‘guts’ for which our military is known. Show us you give a damn.

You cannot allow this wound to fester. It is Soetoro, at the top, who must prove himself. Not the other way around. With every damn ‘i’ dotted, and ‘t’ crossed; all the way back to August 4, 1961, from Kenya, to Hawaii, to Indonesia, the passports, the Selective Service application, through school. All of it. ALL OF IT.

The American People cannot depend on Robert Gates. He has licked every boot he ever encountered, for administrations reaching back to when he first joined the CIA. Suckling at the government teat for one’s entire adult life tends to alter the ego, mettle, and judgment. He is worthless.

At one time, there were hopes for Colin Powell. I cannot believe I wrote, begging McCain to put him on the ticket, as V.P., last fall. It turns out he is merely a sycophantic racist; one who now has regrets, or ‘concerns‘. As if that will help this country now. That moron helped put the U.S. on the road to hell.

Congress, for the most part, is nothing but a miserable pathetic collection of spineless, weak political slugs of the lowest order. They thrive only in their own sewage, secreting their vile mucus in every direction, politically apophallating each other. Possibly you can discern my measurement of Congress’ usefulness.

To keep this drip from becoming a torrent, you must demand that Soetoro prove his legitimacy, once and for all. First, he should be a citizen of the United States, incredibly, even that is questionable. But, to be president, he must have two citizen parents. He can be given the benefit of the doubt on the other two requirements. World leaders and intelligence agencies know he is a fraud. Foreign populations have been informed by their media, and know him to be a fraud. Our own CIA and FBI know he is a fraud. Millions of Americans know he is a fraud. Major Cook knows he is a fraud. I’m of the opinion you gentlemen also know he is a fraud.

Honduras. Could this tiny, poor, third world DEMOCRACY be a model for the United States of America? I can’t believe I just wrote that down. Yet that country was not going to allow a president usurp power he did not constitutionally possess, as we have. The Honduran Army was forced to step in and correct the situation, and immediately turn over the reins of power to legitimate officeholders. Their military were true leaders. A coups? No. A correction.

You could achieve the same thing by demanding honesty, truth, and transparency of Soetoro. Demand his bona fides. Prove to the American People that you are leaders. Prove to the American People that you are patriots worthy of the medals on your chests. Or return them as undeserved.

We learn, today, that DOD’s Defense Security Services Agency has demanded that Simtech CEO, Larry Grice, terminate Major Stefan Frederick Cook, and that his security clearances have been revoked. Despicable mistreatment of a true hero. What about the very idea that the military must follow legal orders? How the hell do they know the orders are legal if they don’t ask? Doesn’t this violate the whistle blower protections afforded anybody who works for the government? Yes, soldiers who work for the military, work for the government.

This hero, Major Cook, swore to uphold the Constitution, not a phony president. For doing his job, for protecting the Constitution, he is felled, as if by an enemy bullet, but it turns out to be friendly fire.
